GENERAL QUESTIONS

How do I order a gift?

We have gift sets that are Ready to Ship today.  For larger custom orders, please email us at Parcel@parcelportland.com.

 

Do you have gift sets that aren't on your site?

Yes, we work with many local partners and will be updating our website constantly.  Please keep checking the site for new offerings.  

 

Do you ship chocolate?

Yes, however, we only ship chocolate during the Late Fall, Winter and Early Spring to prevent melting.  We do offer substitutes during the warmer months. 

 

READY TO SHIP GIFTS

What is the turn time?  

For online orders, we typically need one business day to ship the gift. If you need a gift sooner than that, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email Parcel@parcelportland.com for assistance.  Engraved Ready-To-Ship boxes can be shipped within 5 business days. 

  

CUSTOM ORDERS

What is a custom order?

We specialize in custom orders for corporate events, weddings, celebrations, room drops, company functions, holidays and other special occasions.  We will work with you to determine the look, feel, contents, packaging and other details. Custom orders start at $2,000.

 

How do I place a custom order?

It's easy and painless.  First, you fill out a Custom Gift Form with all of the necessary details of what you're looking for. Once that is completed, our very friendly and solution-oriented staff will work with you to create the experience you're looking for.  

 

How far in advance should I place my custom order?

We're taking orders today for this year's Spring season, Summer season, and beyond.  One huge benefit to planning well in advance is to lock in current pricing. 

 

What type of packaging options do you have?

Our gifts are packaged in either locally made wooden slide-top keepsake boxes, paper boxes, crates, baskets and/or tote bags. Our boxes are comprised of products hand crafted by our artisans from Pacific Northwest and USA.

 

Can we ship alcohol? 

Hard Liquor- We aren't able to ship hard liquor of any kind. 

Wine- Parcel only ships wine within our home state of Oregon.

- While we regret our inability to send alcohol to the the other 49 states, we are happy to substitute with coffee and tea.
-Please keep in mind that during winter, wine must be sent by 2-Day Air to avoid potential issues with freezing.

Beer- State law prohibits shipping beer outside of Oregon but we are happy to accommodate any and all deliveries state wide.

All orders containing beer or wine require an adult signature for delivery and cannot be left at the door.
